Thank you for supporting Aaerm Foundation. As a non-profit organization, we appreciate your commitment to our cause. Please read the following Refunds/Cancellations Policy carefully.

Donations:

1. Non-Refundable:  Donations made to Aaerm Foundation are non-refundable. We are unable to provide refunds for charitable contributions, as they are considered final.

Event Registrations:

1. Event Cancellations:  In the event that Aaerm Foundation cancels an event, registered participants will be notified promptly. Registrants will be given the option to either donate their registration fee to support our mission or request a refund.

2. Participant Cancellations:  If a registered participant needs to cancel their attendance at an event, we appreciate timely notification. However, please note that registration fees are generally considered non-refundable. In certain circumstances, we may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Merchandise Purchases:

1. Returns: We do not generally accept returns for merchandise purchases. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the merchandise, and we will work with you to address the issue.
